The Second Annual EcoSavvy Festival - June 19th & 20th (Friday & Saturday)
With less than a month away from the Second Annual EcoSavvy Festival, we at Enlightened Events are excited to give you all a brief synopsis on the newest attractions at this year's festival.
Located once again at Mel Lastman Square, the EcoSavvy Festival is an exciting, free event for the public, focused on helping individuals make informed, green choices while promoting local and sustainable businesses and organizations.
At the EcoSavvy Festival, attendees will be introduced to green and responsibly made products and services, including: sustainable fashion wear, non-toxic cleaning products, chemical free & organic make-up, safe organic kids products, and delicious local organic food.
With the success of the first annual event, the Second Annual EcoSavvy Festival has been expanded to two days, and will feature several special events that people of all ages can enjoy, including:

- DIY Natural Cleaning Product Workshops by Anarres Natural Health
- A Food Drive for North York Harvest Food Bank ~ organic seeds will be traded for donated food

Thank-you for making EcoSAUVE 2009 a SUCCESS!
We at Enlightened Events would like to say thank you to everyone who participated in last February's EcoSUAVE 2009! Over 300 of you came out and braved the sudden snow storm to experience a splendid night of jazz music and delicious organic food & drink sampling.

The details have been finalized, and tickets are now available online for ecoSUAVE 2009!
If you are a Foodie and a Jazz lover, this is an event you don't want to miss! Sample delicious finger foods, wines, and beers, while listening to Live Jazz music throughout the night. An event to raise awareness for local and sustainable food production, all edible treats have been sourced right here in our backyard. Tickets are limited for this event, so buy them while they're hot.

LFP is an award winning non-profit organization that brings farmers and consumers to the table to share in the benefits of environmentally and socially responsible food production.

We at EE are excited to announce our newest event, ecoSUAVE 2009, to held at Canada's National Ballet School on Saturday February 21, 2009.
ecoSUAVE 2009 is a green affair for young professionals interested in minimizing their environmental footprint. Together in one setting, guests will have the opportunity to sample delicious wines, beers, and finger foods that have been produced right in our backyard. Attendees will be rest assured that all food and drinks served during the night have been made sustainably with careful consideration to their ecological, social, and financial impacts.
