Artists & Presenters
BIGIDEAS | Website

When BIGIDEAS was conceived by four friends in the summer of 2005, their vision was simple; create a fresh new spin on the music they loved, and perform it live to as many people as they could. Built upon driving rhythms and sprawling soundscapes, the band forged a sound which was familiar to their audience but distinct.
Joel Lightman | Website

Imagine a head on car crash between Ben Folds, Billy Joel and Jerry Lee Lewis, and you're still only halfway there - this is the piano stretched to it's limits, hammered and pounded until every string is begging for mercy.
Kate Sloan | Website

Kate Sloan is a 17-year-old singer/songwriter born & raised in Toronto. Her music, which is influenced by many genres ranging from indie-rock to showtunes, has a large online fan following at her YouTube page (http://youtube.com/kaile). Her other hobbies include improv, painting, & hula hooping in public.
Oriana | Website

Oriana is currently finishing up her second independent album, which inspires a message of positive thinking and self-confidence. Her new album will be released this summer and is a solid evolution from her debut album Anticipation, with fresh, catchy instrumentals and complex harmonies.
